Terms of Service
Effective date: November 5, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Evento Host website and the event management, planning, production, and related services offered by Evento Host. By using this website, creating an account, submitting an inquiry or booking request, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Evento Host provides event management services, which may include event planning, production, venue coordination, audio and video services, hospitality, and related support. The exact scope, schedule, deliverables, fees, and responsibilities for a particular event will be set out in the applicable proposal, booking confirmation, service agreement, or written communication accepted by both parties.
2. Website use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, impersonate another person, or use the website to submit false, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading information.
3. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login details confidential, and all activity carried out through your account. You must notify Evento Host promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. Evento Host may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms or creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
4. Inquiries, bookings, and payments
Submitting an inquiry or booking request does not by itself guarantee availability or create a binding booking. A booking becomes confirmed only when Evento Host accepts it in writing or issues a booking confirmation or service agreement.
You agree to provide complete and accurate event information and to pay all approved fees by the deadlines stated in the applicable booking documents. Prices may exclude taxes, venue charges, permits, travel, third-party supplier fees, or other costs unless expressly included in writing. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers, whose terms may also apply.
5. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Changes to event details, dates, locations, guest numbers, or requested services may affect availability, pricing, and delivery. Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, credits, and refunds are governed by the applicable booking confirmation or service agreement. If no separate cancellation terms apply, Evento Host will communicate any applicable charges or refund conditions before confirming the booking.
6. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing timely instructions, accurate information, required approvals, venue access, permissions, licenses, and any materials needed for the event. You must ensure that your event activities and supplied materials do not infringe another person’s rights or violate applicable law. Delays or additional costs caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information may affect delivery.
7. Third-party venues and suppliers
Events may involve venues, contractors, entertainers, caterers, transport providers, payment processors, or other third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms and charges. Evento Host will use reasonable care in coordinating third parties but is not responsible for independent acts, omissions, availability, or failures outside its reasonable control.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Evento Host unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from that content without written permission.
You retain ownership of materials you provide to Evento Host. You grant Evento Host a limited permission to use those materials as needed to provide the requested services. You must have the rights and permissions necessary for any materials you submit.
9. Disclaimers
Evento Host will provide its services with reasonable care and skill. However, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis, and Evento Host does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at every location. Event outcomes may depend on factors outside Evento Host’s control, including weather, venue conditions, supplier availability, guest conduct, public authorities, and technical failures.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evento Host will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising from or related to the website or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evento Host’s total liability for a claim relating to a specific service will not exceed the amount you paid to Evento Host for that service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Evento Host and its personnel, contractors, and suppliers against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your unlawful conduct, your supplied materials, or your event activities, except to the extent caused by Evento Host’s own unlawful conduct or negligence.
12. Force majeure
Evento Host is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemic, power or internet failure, venue closure, government action, labor disruption, transportation disruption, supplier failure, or other force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate and discuss practical alternatives.
13. Dispute resolution and governing law
We encourage you to contact Evento Host first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Evento Host is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the courts or other lawful dispute-resolution forum with appropriate jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these Terms
Evento Host may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website or services after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
15. General terms
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. These Terms, together with any applicable booking confirmation or service agreement, form the agreement between you and Evento Host concerning the relevant website use or services. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
